Source Note: Every figure on this page comes from the ESASDβESEA Professional Staff agreement, 2024-25 to 2029-30, signed February 26, 2024 and downloaded from esasd.net/contracts. The posted PDF is an image scan, so each salary cell was read from the page images (Schedule A, printed pp. 23β28). As a cross-check, every cell rises by exactly $2,000 from one year to the next. Page references below are the contract's printed page numbers. Figures from the expired 2021-24 predecessor appear only where they are labelled 2023-24.
π Contract Status: Contract on file: 2024-25 through 2029-30 (in term). The agreement runs from September 1, 2024 to midnight, August 31, 2030 (Art. XVII, p. 22). The 2024-25 schedule puts teachers on a new 12-step scale, replacing the old 16 steps. Each later year adds $2,000 to every cell, and teachers also move up one step a year.
